Returns & Exchanges
At UNSH, we want you to be delighted with your embroidery journey. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused and unopened physical items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Condition:Items must be in original, unopened packaging.
- Digital:Digital patterns and downloads are non-refundable.
Process
- 1. Request:Email our concierge team with your order number.
- 2. Return:Ship the items back to our artisan studio.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
